Shipping policy

Shipping and processing will take 5-7 days, which does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after your order has been processed.

Products will be shipped using USPS, UPS or DHL.

Incorrect shipping address:

If a package is returned to @ourlocalluxury for incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer was not home. The customer will be responsible for any cost incurred.
